We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and transcribing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental office Front Desk role is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures
