Administrative Assistant
Job Description: Support person for a fast-growing 501C3 non-profit organization. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and is willing to work with our team to change the lives of those in need.
35/40-hour work week, flexible days and hours, most time in the office, and some availability to work remote.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Donor database, correspondence, inventory, and event and program support.
DATABASE – Input, proof, and validate various data in the database and related applications while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of those systems. Tasks include performing prompt, accurate, centralized data entry, gift processing, donor acknowledgment letters, constituent and grantee information, and generating reports as requested.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT – Provide both administrative and clerical assistance for staff.
EVENT & PROGRAM SUPPORT - Assist in planning, coordinating, executing, and gathering data.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Able to anticipate and respond to staff, volunteer and donor's needs, concerns, or questions to meet or exceed their expectations

SKILL & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
A minimum of 4 years of work experience in relevant activities and a proven track record of accomplishment in this area
Knowledge of donor databases is a requirement (Salesforce preferably)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all types of people
Valid Florida driver’s license
