Position Summary: The Community Resource Center (CRC) Receptionist will be responsible for
answering, screening, and directing phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a smile, as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor logs for tracking and data purposes
- Responding to all customer inquires in a polite and timely manner
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Assist office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Schedule:
As a continued effort to provide a safe and productive work environment, Community Care Plan is currently following a hybrid work schedule. Staff are able to work from home 3 days a week and will report to the office 2 days a week.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 year of working experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
- Bilingual Preferred (English, Spanish and/or Creole)
