A world class engineering and professional services firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a temp to hire position that will offer full time hours and allow you to develop and utilize your organizational skills in multiple areas.
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in an administrative role - including handling basic invoicing/AP duties! You will be assisting the company in a multitude of ways like ordering and restocking office supplies and snacks, ordering company lunches, supporting the team with answering questions, creating power point presentations, and helping out in any other capacities as needed.
This role will require you to work at multiple locations within the Phoenix/Tempe area. You will be spending 1-2 days per week at the Tempe office and 2-3 days per week at The Phoenix office. These offices are within 2 miles of each other.
Admin assistant Job Duties:
- Onboarding new hires and completing e-verify
- Ordering and refilling office supplies
- Basic invoicing and AP
- Assisting with creating and presenting power points in all staff meetings
- Being the main point of contact for employees to helps answer questions and assist with needs
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm (flexible start time)
- 40hrs/week
Admin Assistant Requirements:
- 2-5 years prior experience in a similar role
- Comfortable with Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to multi-task and prioritize job duties
Pay: $28-$33 DOE
