WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide administrative and incidental secretarial support to an executive of the Division and direct reporting departments.
- Perform administrative and incidental secretarial functions such as preparing correspondence, answering telephones, maintaining files and supplies, keeping appointment calendar, compiling and preparing regular and special reports, and other tasks as necessary.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings; initiate and follow up on all hotel and travel arrangements; prepare itineraries.
- Handle all confidential correspondence and inter-company communications.
- Facilitate general inter-departmental communications and interfacing.
- May provide training and orientation to new staff.
- Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
- Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes, and task assignments. Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
High School diploma required with higher education acceptable. 4 years of progressively more responsible business administrative experience.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite, be open minded/objective and organized. Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, possess good verbal/written communication skills. Must be able to learn various applications.

The base pay for this position is $18.25 – $36.45 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
