A family/locally owned residential and commercial garage door/opener business is seeking an individual who has the drive and desire to work in a fast-paced, demanding, but fun work environment throughout the valley of the sun. Our customer base takes our business throughout the valley of the sun including surrounding outskirt cities. This is a full time career opportunity that provides for a great growth opportunity for the right person.
Although we can offer some training for the varied duties of this position , F&J's definitely needs someone who is self driven, has a love for numbers and doing the job right the first time. Must be fluent in typing, data entry, and advanced in all Microsoft Software. Must learn new programs with guidance quickly. Must also be proficient in learning IPhone mobile applications.F&J's also welcomes someone to bring in new ideas to help current work flow processes become even better!

Those with any administrative experience within a construction or trade office are encouraged to apply! Those applicants with any Human Resource experience are also encouraged to apply! This position would report to our Phoenix office location, hours are flexible and would be determined upon hire.
This position, once the Administrative Assistant is fully trained would be provided with a company cell phone. The right individual would be required to manage the dispatch of calls (we are a 24/7 operation) at a minimum of 1 week or more a month during the after hours and on the weekend when the field technicians are on call after hours. This would be a rotating schedule with you and other F&J's personnel.
