Worker Power is a 501(c)4 worker-led, multi-racial and multi-generational economic justice organization dedicated to improving the lives of Arizona’s working families through voter engagement and strategic policy interventions. We are a leader and innovator in the movement for economic and social justice in Arizona and the United States; and, as such, we run a variety of voter engagement and policy campaigns from small to massive in scale and impact.

Worker Power is seeking an Payroll Clerk / Office Assistant to conduct administrative and operations tasks in a way that upholds our purpose, mission and values and protects the interests of our leadership, employees, and constituents.
Responsibilities:
- Run Bi-Weekly Payroll
- Set up all new employees in Payroll
- Maintain Accruals in Sick pay and PTO
- Maintain paper and digital records
- Maintain employee setup
- Assist HR with E-verifying new employees
- Responsible to sort & mail documents as needed
- Requirements
- Proficient with Quickbooks, Excel, and Google Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Absolute discretion and ability to maintain confidential records

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
