Position Description
The Independent Oversight Protected Health Information (PHI) Reports Coordinator utilizes various computer software to navigate databases, enters into tracking systems and redact PHI Incident Reports as needed for the Client. This position works closely with the Client to ensure the Client receive appropriate redacted reports with the utmost emphasis on quality and confidentiality within established timeliness. Imports and exports data from various databases to complete quality redactions.
Skills Required
Uses appropriate software to gather reports to perform redactions. Redact Incident Reports and save completed documents to internal shared drive. Monitors work for accuracy and complete self-audits Reports daily progress on Redaction spreadsheet Able to work independently while meeting required timelines. Able to secure a remote workspace to meet confidentiality requirements and eliminate distractions.ls
Skills Preferred
Intermediate computer skills- knowledge of Excel and Adobe. Knowledge of Google Suite a plus. Detail Oriented Comfortable doing repetitive work on the computer. Good Interpersonal skills
