Administrative Assistant - Golf Shop

The Home Course is an 18 hole championship golf course owned by the Pacific Northwest Golf Association and the Washington State Golf Association. We are seeking responsible and friendly individuals to work in our Golf Shop as a Admin Assistant/ Golf Shop Assistant.

This position can be very flexible with hours and days of the week. Primary need at this time is admin assistant. If the right candidate would like full time employment, additional hours can be available helping in the Golf Shop. No remote work available for this position.

Daily duties include: Mail scanning, filing, new employee onboarding, safety committee, making tee times over the phone and in person, checking customers in for golf, and selling of golf merchandise. Opening and/or closing the Golf Shop, requiring early morning and late night availability. Along with Golf Shop duties you will be responsible for golf carts and customers on the golf course. Must be punctual at all times, attentive with customer’s needs and follow facility procedures/policies set forth by The Home Course management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.28 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
