We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our sales team.
You will be assisting with our Sales Team Lead with various functions of our sales department. You will be the first face and voice our customers interact with when entering our show room. Some responsibilities will include vetting the leads that we receive via email and phone call, assisting with managing our builder accounts, minor marketing and product research. To be successful, you should have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to work as a team. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Sales Team Lead on what is needed daily
- Maintaining show room presentation
- Lead intake
- Assist with answering and screening incoming phones calls
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Familiarity with pool industry is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
