Position: Administrative Assistant for Safety Dept. and Gov’s Sales Dept.
We are seeking a responsible individual to provide administrative support to our Safety Dept. and Gov’t. Sales Dept. The ideal candidate will present a positive and professional image for our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Use word processing and presentation software to create and edit documents.
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare safety meeting agenda and take safety meeting minutes.
- Compile and summarize information for reports and presentations.
- Answer phone calls and emails. Respond to other digital queries and correspondence.
- Work with sensitive information and discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Receive and inspect incoming parts packages. Label packages as needed. Coordinate shipment of packages to packaging company.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers and copiers.
- Work closely with other administrative staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word and Excel.
- Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be at least 18 years of age
- Willing to train the right individual
Education:
- High School Degree or Equivalent

- Multi-tasks and manages time wisely
- Works independently and knows when to ask for help
- Self-Starter on projects
