Job Summary:
Our client in the Greater Appleton Area is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to support their team! This opportunity is fully in-office. This individual will have the opportunity to be trained one-on-one & work directly with the Executive! This is a nice opportunity for someone who likes to be the jack of all trades!
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Appleton, WI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
