SalaryLooking for a part time Administrative Assistant at a busy Chiropractic Health Clinic with multiple doctors. Looking for candidates who are reliable, honest, friendly and personable. Required for this position is great customer service skills, a good phone voice and some basic computer knowledge. Must enjoy working with children as we are a family health clinic and see many pediatric patients and families. Hiring 16-20 hours a week. Schedule would be Mondays 11-6pm, Wednesdays 10 to 2pm, and Fridays 7:30am to 4pm. Schedule may be flexible as we have two other front desk staff. All holidays off from work. Job would be 75% front desk work, 25% data entry and assisting with billing department. Free Chiropractic care for employee and immediate family is a benefit.
