WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist guests dropping off vehicles for repair including but not limited to: greeting, check-in, loaner options, and addressing questions/concerns
- Proactively contact guests with vehicles being repaired and provide updates
- Assist Body Shop Manager with Accounts Receivable, schedule follow up including contacting insurance companies and guests for payment, as well as supplemental payments
- Respond promptly to all emails and resolve all concerns with assistance of Body Shop Manager
- Work with detail department to ensure completed vehicles are cleaned and ready for guest pickup
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay starting at $17.00-19.00/hour based on experience.
