As an Administrative Assistant – Corporate Support, your key responsibilities will be to provide day-to-day administrative support under minimal supervision having strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times. This role will handle a wide variety of tasks including, but not limited to: document and control maintenance, organizational support such as calendar management, meeting support, invoices, expense reports and supply procurement. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and project a professional image.

What it takes:
- High school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Suite proficiency
- Associate’s Degree (preferred)
- Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications) (preferred).
- Communication skills, both oral and written: accurate, clear and concise. (preferred)
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.
