Your Role:
- Provides administrative support to the CCO and the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) Compliance, Privacy, and Security Program.
- Assists the CCO with various duties in the Health Information Management (HIM) department (as needed).
- Provides confidential administrative support for all departmental functions including assisting with planning, human resources (HR), travel, and departmental operations.
- Performs complex secretarial duties including (but not limited to) scheduling appointments; maintaining the calendar; and transcribing, typing, formatting, and entering/creating all correspondence and reports in an electronic format.
- Attends committee meetings, records minutes, and produces minutes in draft and final forms.
- Liaises with and serves as a point-of-contact (POC) for the Compliance Department, other organizational departments, patients, families, and the public.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education:
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years of job-related experience
Preferred Experience:
- Healthcare and/or legal office experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to understand and compose moderately complex written materials.
- Ability to work without close supervision and exercise independent judgment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with high-level colleagues, especially when tact, diplomacy, and good judgment are essential.
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects, maintain work flow, and complete work timely.
