Insurance Restoration Contents Company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Working as a team with fellow Administrative Assistant. Extensive training provided.
Please do not respond if you do not possess a minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Send correspondence to clients.
- Plan and schedule appointments and events - maintain company calendar
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Extensive Telephonic communication and written communication with homeowners and adjusters
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- 2 Years previous experience in office administration or other similarly related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar, spelling, punctuation
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with many distractions
