A-1 Home and Piano Moving is a small business that serves the local Seattle Metropolitan area. We have been in business for over 40 years and are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to help us grow our company and continue providing excellent customer service to our community!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide customer service support to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
