Job Description
Administrative Assistant:
1. Customer Service Team Member: Entering and invoicing customer orders.
2. Maintains customer database.
3. Human Resource Assistant.
4. Types up memos, reports, and letters.
5. Composes routine correspondence and reports involving mathematical computations.
6. Receptionist: Answers telephone, takes orders and messages, relays information, and arranges appointments.
7. Maintains files of correspondence and reports.
8. Back-up to Accounts Payable/Receivable and Day-end reports.
9. Assist in collections of past due accounts and send monthly statements to specified customers.
10. Prepare quarterly inventory reports and order needed supplies
11. Prepare semi-monthly payroll, time cards, and bonus reports.
12. Maintain employee files and update personal information.
13. Escort visitors and locate management personnel in the building when necessary.
14. Perform light housekeeping chores, dusting, reorganizing cupboards, and files, etc.
15. Follows company policy.
16. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Monday through Friday
Full-Time with Benefits. 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
