Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for an outgoing, personable, and highly motivated team-player to join our administrative team! If you have previous office experience and want to facilitate a positive onboarding experience for our field personnel, then this is the job for you. Have the availability to work within the normal hours of operation (8:30 AM – 5 PM *Schedule may vary*).
Responsibilities: As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the office team and the vast array of field personnel on staff. You will apply your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintaining an efficient and smooth workflow. You'll be the friendly face our employees see and will assist with creating an exciting onboarding experience! Your efforts will cultivate a positive and fun office atmosphere!
What You Will Bring:
· High School Diploma, or equivalent (Associate’s preferred but not required).
· Minimum 1 year of Microsoft Office Experience required.
· Minimum 1 year Teaching experience preferred.
· Minimum 1 year of previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Operate with high level of integrity.
· Excellent time-management skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize.
· Dependable and responsible.
· Manage multiple tasks and projects.
· Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Supports the field by facilitating initial new hire training for field personnel.
· Prepares information packets, safety training handouts, SOP books and reviews company policies with new hires.
· Ensures safety training requirements are met on a weekly basis by field new hires.
· Assists with creating employee accounts for various apps/software for each new hire.
· Assists the administrative team with reports, scheduling, and clerical duties.
· Performs weekly and monthly reports for management.
· Schedules appointments and meetings for management as needed.
· Utilize Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for various projects, presentations, and calendarizing training.
· Supports the Business Administrator with various office duties.
· Other administrative duties as directed by management.

Pay Range:
30-40 Hours a Week (Depending on Seasonality)
$18-$24 (Depending on Experience)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
