Private School Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist the administrator in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements for events, conferences, and school functions.
- Assist in student enrollment, registration, and maintaining student records.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the American educational system and the US college application process is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.39 - $25.76 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
