Customer Service Representative

About the Position

The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in maintaining the smooth functioning of a warehouse and ensuring that goods are stored and shipped efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Answers customer inquiries via phone or email regarding order status, product information, and shipping information.
• Generates itemized pick list from customer sales orders for the Warehouse Team.
• Collaborates with warehouse personnel to monitor and track the level of activity within the warehouse.
• Communicates with departments to resolve customer inquiries regarding assembly issues or returns to the customer's satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Accurately maintains and updates customer records.
• Acts as the point of contact for customers regarding warranties on purchases.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 3+ years in Customer Service required.
• Customer service experience in playground or construction industry preferred.
• Must be bilingual, with an ability to read and write in both English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel.
• Ability to rapidly grasp industry-specific products, installation standards, and related knowledge.
• Ability to work conditions involving heat, cold, and loud noises.
