Administrative Assistant

We have multiple career paths available in our residential scheduling department which is responsible for producing the work sold by the sales team, including beautiful and custom glass shower doors, railings, and mirrors. Starting out as an Administrative Assistant you will provide exceptional support by answering and making scheduling phone calls to customers. You will learn our shower door parts and pieces and begin to help the team stay on top of job details. Within a very short time, you will be able to choose a career path that catapults your knowledge, experience, and pay.

$32,000 - $40,000 yearly

• Learn the products, parts, and pieces.
• Answer all calls to the Shower Door (Scheduling) Department. 
• Communicate with Job Managers and Assembly Managers in order to receive scheduling constraints.
• Make phone calls and send emails to customers in order to schedule glazier installs, measurements, service calls, and deliveries.
• Proactively communicate with customers about delays or issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Relay customer concerns to Job Managers.  
• Help preserve the knowledge of discovered issues by documenting. 
• Assist with other daily Production Department tasks.

• Construction industry experience preferred but not required
