Responsibilities:
1. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
2. Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
3. Process financial transactions, including depositing funds into the company's account.
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
5. Must be a reliable hardworking person with friendly and outgoing personality.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Must be located in or near Tustin, California.
8. Must be available to work 30 hours per week in-office.
9. Ability to start immediately is preferred.
10. Openness to learning and willingness to undergo training.
11. SSN and work permit.
