**Position Details:**

- **Role:** Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant
- **Experience Required:** Chiropractic, management, patient care, and services
- **Location:** Goldsboro Spine Center, Goldsboro, NC 27534
- **Work Schedule:** Weekdays from 8:40 am to 6 pm or until the last patient is seen and closing procedures are completed; with 1 hour and 45 minutes lunch.
- **Salary:** $14 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $18 per hour after one year of hire.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and attend to patients.
- Answer incoming calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies.
- Schedule appointments and update patient accounts.
- Refile claims to insurance and arrange patient payments.
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, which includes direct skin-to-skin contact.
- Comply strictly with all HIPAA laws.

- Required to take the chiropractic assistant exam within 3 months of hire (paid for by the company)

*Compensation:*

- Starting pay: $14 per hour

- Potential to earn up to $18 per hour after 1 year of hire
