This individual will assist multiple departments with their daily functions.
Position responsibilities include but not limited
Maintain Multiple Inboxes
Support sales with their daily functions
Ensure proper assignment of sales calls
Follow up with customers regarding proposed quotations
Coordinate jobs and tasks with other branch offices
Assisting Quality Assurance and Human Resources with applicable projects
Complete special projects when requested by management

Requirements;
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
Ability to multi task and manage multiple projects
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Keen attention to detail and a results driven approach
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Ability to analyze problems, detect root causes and resolve issues
Excellent time management, planning, organization and prioritizations skills
Goal oriented and a team player
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and comprehensive background check.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
$24-$28 / hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
