Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Status: Full Time in Cleveland, OH; Non-Exempt

Pay Range: $43-55K annual salary, depending on experience

Relevant Work Experience: 2+ years office administrative and client service experience

Roles and Responsibilities –

This administrative position is full time, 40 hours per week, and located in our office in Beachwood, OH.

We are looking for a dynamic and driven administrative professional to join our high-performing team.

· Prepare and process new account paperwork as directed by the operational team

· Prepare any additional follow up forms for clients per the operational team’s requests

· Manage inbound calls from clients and partners with professionalism

· Assist administrative team with client scheduling

· Manage Lead Advisor’s calendar as directed by administrative team

· Update and maintain CRM system as directed by operational and administrative team

· Assist in preparing client mailings and communication

· Maintain files and prepare correspondence and documents for advisors and clients

· Miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Owner

Key requirements –

· 2+years prior administrative experience preferably supporting an executive and working directly with clients; prior work in wealth management is highly desired

· 2 years of client service experience is required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365 – particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook

· Strong computer aptitude: ability to learn new systems quickly

· Experience with CRM/Database systems is a plus (we use Redtail)
