Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Vice President with the administration of the Disaster Recovery Business Unit.
- Manage and deliver advisory services related to disaster recovery including program design and management for all recovery efforts, ensuring regulatory and process compliance in order to maximize funding and expedite rebuilding, and safeguarding program integrity.
- Supervise and mentor assigned staff.
- Assist with the career development of assigned staff.
- Act as the engagement manager for projects when assigned.
- Manage projects when assigned by the Business Unit Lead.
- Work with the Vice President to establish standards by which deliverables are measured.
- Manage and monitor budgets for all contracts under the business line and manage projections for business line’s profitability and staff utilization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Complete all required compliance training on an annual basis.
- Potential to work in a remote capacity.
- Travel required may be up to 75% of the time.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, plus
- Ten years of experience in emergency management or a related field including federal, state, or local program/project management with a focus on federally funded disaster recovery/large-scale grant programs or management experience.
- Seven years of progressive management/leadership experience preferred.
