Currently seeking Office/Admin Assistant
The Office/Admin Assistant will be responsible for:
- Handling phones working with homeowners, property managers, & adjusters
- Taking new losses
- Maintaining client customer job files
- Data entry of timecards – QuickBooks a plus
- Scanning and prepping paperwork for technicians
- Enter readings and managing error report – MICA program awareness a plus
- Research new subcontractors
- Set up subcontractors for jobs
- Uploading pictures to customer files
- Updating forms
- Assist with Accounts Receivables
- Available for emergency service calls 24/7 rotation basis
Experience Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated outgoing, professional attitude with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work on multiple tasks and stay organized throughout the day.
- Must show strong initiative, solid critical thinking skills and self-confidence in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience a must.
- Accept challenging assignments and gather information required for successful completion.
- Provide the company with timely and accurate information related to loss and project statuses.
- Word, Excel & QuickBooks knowledge a plus
- Able to analyze and resolve problems.
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Must pass drug test and background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
