We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in the culinary arts, with experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring the quality of all dishes served, and helping to create innovative new recipes. Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations.
- Develop menus and recipes for the restaurant.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Train new kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Assist the head chef in menu planning and food preparation.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
