Job Description:
The Admin Assistant will report directly to company founders and department heads to assist in the execution of day to day activities. This is an opportunity to get hands on strategic experience in launching new campaigns and new marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers
- Coordinate with vendors and advertising partners
- Purchase materials and office equipment
- Assist founders with misc admin tasks
Qualifications:
- Basic graphic design skills
- Basic photography skills
- Basic copywriting skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- University degree in relevant major
Compensation:
$22 to $25 per hour plus benefits package
