Accounts Receivable

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic Finance team at CyberClan. The position will be responsible for billing, collections of overdue accounts, reconciling customer accounts, timely submission of invoices & following internal processes. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills & have the ability to balance between maintaining a trustful relationship & guarantee timely payments, while in compliance with regulatory & company policies.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

• Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, & recording Accounts Receivables’ data
• Review SOWs, prepare billing to customers & send timely customer invoices
• Reconcile unbilled AR, deferred revenue, Accounts Receivable subledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies & resolve clients’ billing issues
• Facilitate payment of invoices owed by sending regular customer statements & contacting clients to collect the past due accounts
• Generate monthly AR aging reports detailing Accounts Receivable status
• Prepare & reconcile monthly revenue reporting by customer by location
• Update Salesforce & reconcile to QB with monthly payments received from customers towards each proposal
• Set up customers & maintain customer list
• Creating POs to customers as required
• Maintain AR filing
• Meet monthly close calendar deadlines
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• Completion of a high school or college diploma degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of billing and collection process
  
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Drive
• Experience working on QuickBooks Online
