Accounts Payable Specialist- Temporary Position

 IntelliSource is currently seeking out an Accounts Payable Specialist in Denver, CO.  This individual will be responsible for compliance within all A/P records.  The right candidate will be personable and excited to engage with a growing team.  Professionalism and a motivated demeanor are a must.
**This position will start out full time for about 1 month and then will shift to a part time opportunity working 2 days per week** 
Pay $25-$30/hour depending on experience.  
Duties and Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Specialist

• Reconciliation of GL on all A/P
• Monthly accrual entries
• Application of purchasing card program
• Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Payments, cash forecast, remittances and tax reports
• Preform weekly check run process
• Processing of all invoices, check requests, and expense reports in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of daily work
• Comply with strict confidentiality and professionalism
• Interact with customers and company leadership team

Qualifications

• 2-5 years A/P accounting experience
• Sales and use tax experience
• AS400 experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office Skills
• High level of accountability
• Self-Motivated
• Professional communications skills, both written and verbal
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
