Our growing Personal Injury law firm is expanding in the Pacific Northwest! We are looking for experienced lawyers to be a part of our incredible team. You must be licensed in Oregon, work well remotely, and show a strong commitment to advocating for the client's best interests. The prime candidate is a trial lawyer with at least 10 years of experience representing plaintiff's injury claims or defending insurance companies on similar claims.

Responsibilities:

• Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Preside over paralegals, administrative assistants in connection with keeping track of time records, reviewing client billing, setting up client meetings and completing client projects
• Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
• Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis

Qualifications:

• Require 8-10 years of experience representing clients on Personal Injury claims. Representation may include either plaintiffs or defense
• Must be currently licensed to practice law in Oregon state and reside within Oregon
• Strong knowledge of legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis products is required
• Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
• Able to work independently while handling multiple files
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
