EthosEnergy is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Santa Fe Springs, California or Houston, Texas. This position is responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process across designated Western Hemisphere businesses.
Job Responsibilities
- Review purchase orders, invoices, purchase receipts, and all other back up for each invoice
- Pay invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain federal ID numbers for year-end reporting of 1099's
- Reconciles monthly A/P statements and related transactions
- Monitor discount opportunities by vendor
- Analyze invoice/expense reports to determine correct cost codes
- Manage and maintain vendor accounts in the Accounts Payable system
- Work closely with Operations team to resolve any outstanding issues

Experience
- 2+ years in accounting or finance function with degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required. Experience with Esker would be considered a plus.
Education Requirements
- Recognized degree in accounting or business or commensurate work experience performing work related duties.
