As an Administrative Assistant at Queen Aesthetics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth workflow, efficient communication, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team.
- Assist in maintaining organized client records and databases.
- Coordinate and assist in the planning of events or promotional activities.
- Creating social media content
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Previous experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry is a plus.
- Bilingual a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $17.50 per hour
