Accounts Payable -Construction Industry - approximately 2-3 months
Duties consist of but not limited to:
- Heavy Accounts Payable
- Heavy bank reconciliation
- Processing purchase orders
Experience needed to be considered:
- Skilled at QuickBooks - desk top version
- Accounts Payable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Purchase orders and invoicing in QuickBooks
- Experience in construction field is a plus!
- Experience importing into QuickBooks is a plus!
Estimated to be for 60 to 90 days
$18-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
