AddressAccounts Payable Specialist
General Responsibilities:
1. Codes invoices to proper GL accounts
2. Enters and posts invoices in accounting system
3. Obtains proper and timely approvals for invoices
4. Promptly responds to all vendor or internal inquiries
5. Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
6. Completes wire, ACH, and check payments in accounting system and the banks according to the payment process
7. Saves all invoices, payments, and supporting documentation electronically within the AP folders
8. Keeps AP aging and vendor statements current and up to date
9. Filing for AP
10. Other duties or projects as assigned
Requirements:
· 4 years of related experience
· Knowledge of AP processes
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational and problem solving skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
* Accounts payable: 4 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
