We are seeking
Administrative Coordinators to join our team! You will resolve customer questions, help book travel products, and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Industry experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.- Assist corporate travelers with new travel bookings
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Booking travel for corporate accounts. (International, and domestic flights)
- Booking hotel stays.
- In addition to adding car rentals if necessary to complete the itinerary.
- Answering emails, and calls as needed to make any changes to bookings as needed.
- Help build and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure full satisfaction and easy travel.
