Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage calendars and schedule client appointments for team members
- Assist with social media marketing
- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, collecting payments, sending invoices, and maintaining office supplies
