Responsibilities: This is an in-person job at Toms River, however it is responsible for 4 other sites in NJ, minimal travel if at all is required. This position is 5am-1230pm Monday to Friday.
- Data-entry and management of expenditure spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist in training development and coordination of employee onboarding and orientation programs. Placing ads, scheduling interviews, onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Handle benefits administration tasks, such as enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Payroll setup of new employees, tracking of employee evaluations and timeframes of HR chart updates throughout the year.
- Oversee social media management, including content creation and scheduling posts.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Handling certain payments to vendors and tracking/paying of bills paid.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with ADP or similar HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
