BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator for our Home Health Reimbursement Services Dept. in our Pennsauken, NJ office.
POSITION SUMMARY:
BAYADA is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for our Pennsauken, NJ office. This role will provide the office with administrative support by performing a variety of clerical tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required, some college preferred.
- Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively support supervisor, projects, and office administration
- Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA Home Health Care and The BAYADA Way.
- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedure.
- Manage a dedicated accounts receivable for select payor organizations, external business or clients ensuring timely payment.
- Answer the telephone and process telephone messages.
- General office filing, faxing and photocopying.
- File maintenance. Scanning and posting to portal.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide clerical support to all members of the office team.
- Data entry.
- Conduct research for special projects.
- Sorting, collating or preparing packets of information for distribution.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by Supervisor.
- Continually improve level of performance.
- Conduct behavior in a professional manner.
