Restoration Company Looking for Construction Administrative Assistant

Innovative, cutting edge Restoration and Construction company is looking for COMPASSIONATE, enthusiastic, hardworking and experienced Construction Administrative Assistant. We are currently looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant who is familiar with the construction industry, especially who would be a veteran. This position will be a contract employee for a six month assignment.

Responsibilities involve:

· Assisting Branch Manager and Project Managers

· Setting up contractor registrations with different counties and cities

· Requesting permits

· Helping with administrative tasks

Experience Preferred (but not required):

· Organizing construction registrations

· Completing paperwork to apply for permits

· General Knowledge of Construction Industry

Skills Required:

· Computer skills

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
