Absolute Fire Protection, Inc is a Commercial Fire Alarm/Fire Protection contractor specializing in ground up construction and service. We have an immediate opening for a dedicated Administrator to manage all office related work. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and responsibilities:
Be a TEAM player & willing to help where needed
Answer phones and direct to proper staff
Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Data entry for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable utilizing Quickbooks
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must have reliable transportation and be punctual
Willing and eager to learn about construction, project billing, city permitting, etc.
Previous experience in office administration and/or bookkeeping in construction field REQUIRED
Construction and/or city permitting knowledge a PLUS
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (we use Premier Contractor Edition) a PLUS
Be responsible for gathering employee time for over 100 employees on a day-to-day basis.
