Experienced Administrative Assistant Needed for medical and Construction Company
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Experience handling Construction day-to-day managing operations as an Administrative Assistant (calls, permits, appointments, paperwork)
- Working under pressure
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Assist Construction Manager with all aspects of site administration and construction procedures
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office suite experience and QuickBooks
- Capability of learning new computer programs for project management and reporting
- Reading Professional Publications
- Maintaining Personal Networks
- Communicate and maintain a strong relationship with subcontractors, clients, owners, etc.
