We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stockton Maintenance Group! The Construction Admin. will provide administrative support to our construction team and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations in the office and out in the field.
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting/daily costs, paperwork & permits, subs, and resource management.
- Perform general office management duties, such as filing, organizing documents, maintaining records, and staying connected with vendors.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process biweekly payroll and manage timecards for maintenance technicians.
- Strong computer skills and software knowledge.
- Experience with SAGE, Paylocity, QuickBooks or other CRM and Payroll software.
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to gradually immerse yourself in a new team oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask and consistently meet specific deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a time-sensitive environment.
