```Duties:```
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with account reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Support corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting and analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial data and generate reports
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in administrative or accounting roles preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and governmental accounting standards
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
