Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Accounts payable, data entries
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
-Misc errands - post office, bank runs etc.
- File and organize documents, both physical and digital
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quickbooks/ PeachTree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and protocols
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Experience as a receptionist is a plus
-Must be self-sufficient, reliable and a team player.
**Bilingual and driver’s license is a must!!**
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (Hour lunch)
Compensation TBD based on experience.
