Construction Administrative Assistant

O’Neil Industries is a design/build firm specializing in luxury home and condo remodeling. We are looking for an organized individual to join our team! We offer a sustainable work environment for individuals with a positive attitude who are self-motivated.

The position will require the candidate to work on tasks delegated by others, so exceptional note-taking and follow-up are required.

· Have reliable vehicle

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Notary (not required to have prior. Costs will be covered to become a notary once hired)

· Detail-orientated, follows through & follows up

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

• Monday
• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Thursday
• Friday

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
