Administrative Assistant
Huryn Construction is a well established and respected homebuilder in Vero Beach, FL. We provide high quality homes and service to the most discerning and sophisticated customers.
The Position:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part of our team as you work on a variety of projects that will help us run our business. You should be well-organized with an ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have an ability to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds. You will be able to follow directions and adhere to office policies. We expect you to perform well in a fast-paced environment with a great deal of flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Manage our office’s filing.
- Assist with the overall company financial records including processing A/R, A/P, Payroll, Certified Payroll, and preliminary financial statement processing.
- Perform required filings with local, state and federal government agencies.
- Assist HR with new hire paperwork, 401K, certifications and workman's comp documents.
- Maintain insurance certificates, W-9's, NTO's, release of liens, warranty documents and licenses.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Accounting or Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Vero Beach, FL 32960: Relocate before starting work (Required)
